Aloe Vera Juice 1X Food Grade
The term “food-grade 1X aloe vera juice” refers to aloe vera juice suitable for use in the food and beverage industry.
It can generally be interpreted in two ways. On the one hand, it can refer to 1X aloe vera inner fillet juice, which is a juice obtained from the mucilage of the inner body of the aloe vera leaf. It can also be decolorized or undecolorized.
On the other hand, it can also be understood as whole leaf aloe vera juice, which is a juice obtained by grinding the entire leaf and then filtering it to remove the pulp formed by the bark and cellulose fiber. Whole leaf juice can also be prepared and subjected to enzymatic degradation, depending on the customer’s requirements and the final objectives of the product and its subsequent formulation. Whole-leaf juice can also be decolorized or non-decolorized, although the decolorized option is usually the most common for this type of juice.
