Aloetrade America LLC distributes several post harvest solutions for agriculture. We offer sustainable and green products to fresh produce, growers, packers, distributors and supermarkets.
We offer several solutions for fruits, vegetables, greens and microgreens. All these post harvest products were developed by Aloetrade America LLC in conjunction with Aloe Eco Park SAPI de CV (from Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico), a sister mexican company which grows aloe and process aloe compounds, one of the main ingredients in these product lines.
According to FAO Food Waste Index Report 2024, Food waste is a market failure that results in the discarding of more than $1 trillion
worth of food every year.
It is also an environmental failure: it is estimated that food waste generates 8 to 10 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions (including loss and waste), and takes up the equivalent of nearly 30 percent of the world’s agricultural land.
In short, a third of the food produced globally -measured in total weight- is lost or wasted yearly. In fresh produce, the worldwide waste is calculated at 28% of total production.
Our post harvest solutions help to minimize fruit & vegetable waste, thus contributing to avoid GHG emissions. All our products are totally natural, biodegradable, from plant based origin, green, sustainable, non toxic and without harmful chemicals.

1. AloeCoat – Edible Coating for Fresh Produce
AloeCoat is a 100% natural, plant based edible coating for use in fruits and vegetables. AloeCoat is made from purified extracts of aloe compounds, creating a biofilm on fresh produce, reducing respiration and perspiration, protecting from fungi and bacteria and thus extending shelf life of the products.
We offer AloeCoat for many fruits, vegetables, greens and micro greens.
Most formulas are for exclusive use in packing houses at the place of production of fresh produce.
We also offer a specific formula for use in distributors´ warehouses and supermarkets to preserve fresh produce.

2. greencoating – Edible Coating for Fresh Produce – European Union
greencoating is a 100% natural, edible coating for use in fruits and vegetables, which are produced within the European Union boundaries, or I any third country but exported to European Union markets. It is a specific formula developed to comply with all EU regulations related to coatings for fruit and vegetables.
greencoating is made from sucroesters of fatty acids, creating a protective coating on fresh produce, thus reducing respiration and perspiration, protecting from fungi and bacteria and thus extending shelf life of the products.
We offer greencoating for many fruits, vegetables, greens and micro greens.

3. PRESERVALOE – Fresh Produce Protection for Long Journeys
PRESERVALOE is a 100% natural, plant based post harvest solution to offer protection to fruits and vegetables in long journeys.
We offer PRESERVALOE for most fruits and vegetables.
4. INOCUALOE – Disinfection of Equipment and Packaging Facilities
INOCUALOE is a green and sustainable solution for the disinfection of equipment, facilities, cold rooms, floors and surfaces of fresh produce packing facilities and/or other food industries that must present high levels of safety.
INOCUALOE is a formulation based on aloe polysaccharides and anthraquinones, combined with peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid.
5. CLEANALOE – Cleaner and Disinfectant for Fruits and Vegetables
CLEANALOE is a green, sustainable and highly safe solution for use in the washing process of all types of fruits and vegetables at packing facilities, which maintains the safety and health standards established by various regulations or programs, such as FSMA (USA), Regulation 1169/2011 (European Union), CODEX Alimentarius, or the HACCP, PRIMUS, BRC, Global Gap certifications, among others.
CLEANALOE is a formulation based on polysaccharides and other compounds present in aloe combined with sodium carbonate.
